Big on a Budget

pretty cool video bro! is it me or does his shopping cart look like a minature shopping cart next to him, lol. and thats a lot of fucking broccoli lol

$50 for a week of food, actually $49.45 to be exact, lol, pretty cool

Damn good video, im actually going thru trying to start preparing my meals for usually 4 days and then do it again when that is up. I do need to add some potatos and broccoli in, but im trying to cut my carbs as much as possible for the next 4 weeks before vacation. But that's damn good for $50 for 7 days of meals. Other good part is that my Grandmother has chickens and gives me all the eggs I need lol.

pretty close to my shopping cart each week except i prefer white rice over potatoes and usually get the big bags of frozen broccoli...

Looks like my shopping cart to minus the Ben and Jerry's , fruity pebbles, macaroni and cheese and... Oh hell it looks nothing like my shopping cart lol

This is a great video. This was something great Animal/Universal did to reach out to their customers. Not everyone can afford expensive supps and food so it was a different twist instead of shoving the latest and greatest down our throats.

I agree when I was a young man struggling to pay rent I lived off PBnJ's and ramen noodles it was like I was vegetarian but no veggies and damn sure no meat for weeks. I tell you what though if I knew then what I do now my ass would've just bought Animal Pak vitamins. im sure a man could live off them and water alone

I wish I could give them more business since they really cater to the fans.....in a sense. I've tried their Nitro and it rocks but it's pricey for the amount that I felt I needed. Rage, Shock Therapy and Torrent are great. Id like to try Torrent again but Im just hooked on hydro pro from PN, that's the best stuff for post workout in my opinion.

I don't know about eating a dozen eggs daily that seems to be a lot of cholesterol, and I would have mixed in some frozen veggies instead of a ton of broc.

contrary to old belief, eating cholesterol isn't as much of an effect on your bodies cholesterol as genetics and heredity are

That's a great video, I really got to get on my diet. I do about half of that now, but I get lazy as hell and end up not preping my meals for the whole week. But broccoli will blow me up like a hot air ballon!!
