IGF-1 and Injury

Hello,
I want to order some of MC's IGF-1 but I am at an APO address and wasn't sure if it would survive the trip. I am looking to finish an ultra endurance event but it seems like every time I register for one I get injured in some way. This time is is plantar fasciitis, and it is killing me. I've been reading about IGF-1 and following it for a few years now, and I am ready to purchase. Is this something I will benefit from? Just for some background I use heavy weights in ultra high intensity circuit workouts to train for these events. Almost like Crossfit but longer in duration, so far it's worked well. Any pointers would be great!

Just curious if the stuff will survive the trip, it could take two weeks for it to get here... I am interested simply for the fact that it will help me maintain muscle mass, and heal more quickly from current injuries.

yes it helps maintain muscle mass while keeping u full and tight and ofcourse all the muscle you add you keep, as its quality lean muscle gains from igf. As for the trip, its good at room temp for months as their was a study posted on it here someplace in this forum, plus it doesnt take more then a week to get anywhere in the world to an APO as we ship to APO all the time
