Hey every one new to the forum but what I have read I seem to like this place better than other places. Everyone here seems to help rather than cut the people down. So stats I am 36 weight 172 now. I workout a body part a day ( I will put my training breakdown at the bottom) and I have been lifting on and off since high school. I am currently on Test cypo 1.5 ml every 7 days along with hcg 2x a week. Along with a good multi and I do take a pre-workout NO booster non-stem. Also taking T-3 and Phentramine for cut and just got some GH 3 iu per day x 7 to help with the cut and add a little more size and help with my healing (see below). Protein intake is 1.5 mg per pound from various sources ( meat, shakes, No soy). My question is I have read all the reviews about Immense Growth Factor-1 Lr3 sold in your store can I take it with what I am on? Any help would be awesome


Quick back story I was in a bad car wreck about a year ago broke my left femur and tore off my right foot. I was in the Hospital for 4 moths and recovery has been slow but I am making it. I ballooned up to 210 lbs of fat and at my height looks bad. Well I got done feeling sorry for myself and got my ass back into the gym. I dropped down to 162 and now working my way back up with just lean muscle.

Workout is as follows:

Monday-Back: 5 various exercises 4 sets per
Tuesday-Chest: 5 various exercises 4 sets per
Wednesday- Bi's and Tri's: 5 various exercises 4 sets per
Thursday- Shoulders: (own day because they are lagging) 5 various exercises 4 sets per
Friday- Legs: 5 various exercises 4 sets per
Sat and Sun: Cardio and ab's I do cardio after each day just a little more on the weekend

I am in my first week of IGF & I highly recommend it.

It has in the first week leaned me out a little but it is the first week.

What I will tell you is this I was in a wheel chair bad back & over 350 and I am a lean 195 well not real lean, but under 15% trying to get leaner.

I have used GH & I don't like it. It gets you bulkier. At least it did me. I also only recommend hcg as a pct, I tried it for loosing weight, and it worked but the weight came back.

Phentermine not good long term health effect.

I am not an expert but my recommendation to you for what worked for me is:

Lifestyle change with eating. Eat good food. Protein, healthy stuff. Stay away from soda, and limit grains. Stay away from alcohol. Atleast 5 days a week.

Cardio. Do cardio. Very important.

Workout
3-4 machines etc 6 sets of 15 reps. On body parts. Do fast, don't rest often, will help lean you out.

I am shocked by the IGF. I really am, but it is the first week so I need more time.

I am 39 5'8 not an athlete either, nor do I have genetics. What I do is work very hard & I listen to advice & tweak it as best as I can.

The IGF customer service, purchase experience is awesome. I highly recommend the stuff.

I just saw you wanted some size. So GH is good from that. If IGF continues to do what it has done for me, I recommend you save your money & not get GH & just use it on IGF.

I am dosing at 40mcg 5 days a week & I think will be upping it next week to 50mcg.

Anyway I will post how I am doing weekly.

xplain Dorian year round? Or what is your experience? Is it good to apply to the chest, will it help reduce some fatty tissue?

Thanks guys for the info. Focused just a little more back info I have lost a lot of the weight just trying to gain back in muscle now. I am on the Keto diet which is a high protein low carb diet with a carb refeed once a week. Worked great just the diet cardio but striped me down lower than I wanted. I am done with the phen tomorrow so that will be out but I have a line on some liquid clen and T3 so I may bulk for a bit then start that. But it has been a lifestyle change for sure I love it. I mean I do miss pizza and ice cream but when I start to think I am going to cheatI feel guilty and catch myself. If you guys want I can do some before and after or post my workout completely.

Awesome! Great for you! That is good! Happy to hear that! Yes, post whatever you want @ what has worked & didn't work, pics etc! Would love to hear about your success! Any tips, share & will do the same! Good luck! Yes, I also miss pizza! LOL!

lots run it a few months on then off, and yes its really popular to apply to the chest
