double sessions= puke

I'm with you on this Presser. I do 45min of morning cardio at 6:30 am and then head back to the gym for my heavy lifting at 6:30 pm. The best results I've ever seen in my training so far. Pain in the ass to wake up to go to the gym to do cardio though. Also, I can't eat proteing after my morning cardio either. I literally have to shove two slices of wheat toast with peanut butter down my throat.
 
I do cardio in the am and lift in the evenings. But that morning cardio sure kills my appetite!
 
double sessions=dedication.
Its hard to get up force down some eca and workout on an empty stomach, only
to get light headed from the lack of food, but you do it love it and hopefully
get down as many eggs and oatmeal as you can when you get home.
 
I dont work out twice a day but I do my cardio at the end of my weights. It all takes about 2hr and 45 min in the evening, and last night on my way home I had to pull over and puke on the shoulder of the road. I never had a better workout.
 
I do the morning cardio but I wait to take the ECA'a until after I am done. I have a good treadmill at home so I get out of bed, take a few minutes to figure out what day of the week it is before jumping on. I usually follow it up with light ab's.

I don't want to eat so soon after doing cardio either. Usually I just choke down a protein shake and then try to eat a regular meal about two hours after. I pretty much feel nausea every morning. Good stuff........ :D

I do but only on cutting cycles. I hit 45 min. cardio first thing in the morning. Then i do a 1 hour workout followed by 45 more min. cardio around 7 p.m.

I've been on two-a-day splits for about 6 weeks now...hitting 3-45 min of weight training and 30 min of cardio in the am, then coming back for weight training again in the pm.... I'm with you on the puking thing... In the last few weeks though I've hit a wall on my cutting cycle, can't seem to get below 220lbs for shit! Tried every metabolism trick, clen, eca, T3 and even upped my test! FUCK! This week I threw in ANOTHER 45 min cardio session mid-day, so thats 3x/day...I am dragging ass and feel like puking bigtime on the treadmill for #2...fucking sucks what we put ourselves through to look good... :D
 
Dont you just wish somtimes you could be happy being like the other fat lazy fuckers, who dont care what they eat and dont exercise, some of them seem to be very happy with themselves

I was doing that same deal presser without the eca. Up until I messed my shoulder up. I was kicking ass doing those split sessions. I goto a gym that is open 24hrs a day. So 530 am cardio CAN happen. I cant wait to get back into that grove again.
