wait until they get around 7ish and want to throw the ball with you. it requires lots of patience but when they finally get it man it feels great throwing the ball with my boys knowing one day they will probably be doing the same thing with their boys. i got the 10 year old running good routes and the 7 year old busted his nose today not catching. its like every day when i get home they ask me to throw the ball with them and im tired as fuck but make sure i get atleast 20 mins with them because i see how much they enjoy it and it really changes my attitude
