I'd take easy way out of fat loss, over a bunch of things every day

This isn't even really being lazy, it's the fact of getting no sleep at night, easting fruit and yogurt in the morning, then when I get hypoglycemic at work I have to eat a shit snack to stop t, bc I can't just spend time eating at my job, it has to be quick. Than at lunch I don't bring my own shit bc it's always wayyyyyy too much or not even close to enough so I eat at the cafe, and when they are out of sweet potatoes I will get some bs side here and there

I don't know if it is from taking MC IGF for so long or not, but I still eat like a fat kid and have a low BF%. I eat fast food nearly everyday whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner just because my gf is a lazy shit

well I was up to 207 and losing fat, than I had that stomach bug worked out 2 days, than was trying to avoid a cold, so I took a week off the gym and now I'm 201 muhh. Everytime I am getting in good shape quick something happens, but I'm back at it starting yesterday

At least you're still holding within 5-6 pounds. Hell a stomach bug/virus would cause many to lose a bunch of weight.

it was that weird thing I had going on, it wasn't really a stomach bug, I came off the pain meds cold turkey for my back, bc it no longer felt like a knife was in it, and it tore my stomach to hell and it took a few days before I pin pointed the cause and went real low dose breaking the pill up and it stopped. I have lost 20 lbs several times from stomach bugs or being sick too, it blows bro

So basically it was withdrawal? I've heard that shit is debilitating even if you've only taken them for a month or so
yeah that does kind of suck! well you can always buy more igf with your credits if you get cracking now lol! or did you not take it through the sickness?
and yeah im worried about gettinga flu shot, my twins doctor said me and the wife need a flu shot cause its harmful to our babys if we dont get it, but im not too sure of this
