The traditional 4 testosterone sustanon blend with 2 short and 2 long test esters should be taken every other day until the long esters kick in. The HCG should be run throughout the entire cycle. I guess the entire cycle should be fixed!

It will still work well if someone uses this guide and layout as is. However it will work wonders if you front load your sustanon for the first 10-14 days and youll recover your natural testosterone far more so than you would if you just used HCG post cycle!
