Need advice for chubby US Army Vet looking to do a cycle

Hey an I'm 27 years old US Army veteran, just started working out again for first time in a year... I'm 5'8 and 260 pounds-which equals chubby. I've done research online and keep seeing different things for which cycle to do. Basically I need advice on what supplements to get from GNC to take during cycle and after cycle. And I need to know which steroid to do first; one to purely cut fat? One to build muscle which will automatically cut fat? I'm totally lost here. Should I stack something with test? I've been very lazy last few years and am pretty sure my natural test is low. So I'm new to this site and need help cuz you guys are the best. Please guide me to what I need to do to go from chubby Italian kid to sculpted (not huge) man. What should I take? And how long? And I'd also love some input or advice from someone who has been in this situation and changed their look. Also id love help on best workouts to do to drop weight and what pre-workout stuff and post to take. I appreciate any help or advice and I live in bensonhurst Brooklyn so I have access to pretty much any steroid I just want to so it right.
 
wellcome to musclechemistry bro , diet in check is first, you would be amazed how much of that helps. igf burns fat pretty well, but research is the best route, 260lbs ? 5'8 diet now, then look at whats next

Welcome to MC , I would start with an ECA STACK, and good diet! Start with 25mg ephedrine , 200mg caffeine and 85mg aspirin and that will help Tremendously along with a strict diet!

go to walgreens with ur I.D and ask for Primatine ephedrine tabs at the pharmacy, it's 100% legal but u need I.D so they can keep track of how much u buy so they know ur not making METH with it lol, then grab ur aspirin and caffeine tabes in same store and ur good to go
 
Oh and I wouldn't juice or take any peptides or igf til you got your weight down
 
Welcome to MC brotha. Like said above.. Diet. Diet. and yes diet. You are what you eat. Ever heard that before? It is so true. Learn how to eat and you will get results fast! There is no short cuts. Also I would jump on fasted cardio in the morning to speed the process up. When you train, take short (15-45 sec) rests. This way you will keep your heart rate up, burning more fat. It's a pyramid. You need to get the basics down first (the base of the pyramid). Diet and proper workouts. After working out religiously and having your diet bullet proof for years, only then should you consider AAS.

exact advice i would have gave, if you diet down first and then take the gear you will get much bette results.

remember gear does not = fat loss it just increases muscle mass which in turn can increase your metabolism, but you need to drop the weight first and presser gave you a good cocktail to do so with, if you do that with diet and exercise i think you would lose quite a lot of weight.
 
The only other thing I can say is Welcome to Muscle Chemistry!!! Presser and the others have hit it right where I would have said. ECA stack with a strict diet along with a good workout regimen!!! Then, think of the cycles much later.

Hey I'm amazed at how many people reached out to help me. I'm gonna order the igf stuff this weekend and start with that. I'll keep you guys posted. Does that stuff help boot test levels? Do you guys recommend a pre workout supplement and what type/brand of protein should I be drinking after a workout?
 
welcome and repeat all above advice. It is funny, I read your post, had a answer but the same answer was
given by everyone else. Seems we are all in agreement. This is the way to do it, especially if you are in it
to stay and keep healthy. Decent whey protien and good food. My sugestion is to just get in the gym and
start working. Dont worry about the little details in the begining. I have seen beginers worry about position
of their little finger on curls. lol It isnt going to matter (unless your training for the Olympia and want more
peak in your bicep) Just lift the stinking weight. Try to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Little protien, good
carb and your whey protien shake after your workout. Brown rice and yams work good for me for carbs, little
veg. and protien (chick, turkey, fish, beef....) each meal. The small meals will pick up you metabolisim also.
Pressers stack should be all the kick you need in the begining. Also, if you get off on diet or workout dont
beat yourself up about it, just try to get a little better from that point. One last thing, I suggest to start
out not too hard with the workouts. Just try to slowly increase intensity, weight ect from there. If you have
been doing nothing dont try to do too much too soon. I see too many people burn out like that and dont
stick around. Keep us posted and the questions comming.
 
Welcome to the board. You will be amazed at how well IGF works along with an ECA stack. You will see the fat melting away if you stick to a good diet. Good luck and please keep us up to date.
