I had that same surgery done. I had bad gyno from puberty and made it worse when I started aas. I had no knowledge when I first started and blasted balls to the wall. I developed a bad case like this guy had. Surgery was a must and I don't regret it. I feel so much better that I used to about my self.

MIT cost me 3500 bones. That was anisthisia included. The surgery by itself was 2800. After room fees and anesthesia it can out to 3500
I actually had gyno surgery scheduled and paid upfront for the anastacia and for the surgery room booking, as down payment, and then i tried nolvadex at high doses as i read it sometimes breaks up the lumps if they arent super hard, and to my surprise it worked, so i never got the surgery, but I also never got my money back for the down payment,lol, Very glad i didnt go under the knife to be honest! And i was one of the luck few that was able to break up the lumps with nolvadex , and the lumps were pretty bad and felt hard, but thankfully i wasnt too far gone!
