I did a search here and did not come up with any specific brands. What are some good meal replacement shakes that have an asss load of protein? I know not to trust ads in the mags. Thanks in advance.

I guess I should have said premixed. I really need something at my work, which is in the middle of no where. I am also on the move all day so the convienence of premixed would be perfect. I would appreciate your help dedprez.

Presser, I went to the Schwartz site and I am going to grab some of the mix. My only question before I order is, what is the difference between:
MRX 1
Pro-Whey Isolate/Concentrate
Pro-Whey Concentrate.

I just want to get the right stuff. The deal you have posted is a great for the Pro-whey concentrate. Thanks
