eq IMHO is better than deca.. less side and leaves our ody alot faster for testing

While they are both mild anabolics, and produce about the same results for most people, they are completely different compounds. They also usually have different side effects on the user because they have different effects when introduced to our systems. Which one to use is a personal prefference. I get better results from Deca than I do with Eq, but most people like Eq more. Later

Any of you guys notice any hair loss while on EQ.
Heard it was really harsh on the hairline.

I'm planning on a Sust, EQ & (prop or Fina) cycle.
Got my Propecia, Nolva on hand. Won't Start anything
til I get Arimidex and clomid.

I have only used each once, but I liked deca a lot more....also, I have heard about people losing a lot of hair while on EQ, but I have never had a prob.

this is like one of the most commonly asked questions

EQ is primarily used for cutting but can be used for bulking due to its ability to increase appetite.

Equipoise has a relatively high anabolic effect which is usually connected with a moderately distinct androgenic component. For this reason, Equipoise is not the steroid that will cause enormous gains in strength and muscle mass in the shortest time. Equipoise has a very favorable effect on the organism's nitrogen balance so that the main effect consists of a distinctly increased protein synthesis in the muscle cell. The resulting gain in body weight consists of a solid quality increase of the muscles which occurs slowly and evenly. The high quality is caused by low water retention of the substance. An additional advantage is that Equipoise aromatizes only slightly, thus making it an effective drug to use when preparing for competitions.

Deca is primarily used for bulking

Deca-Durabolin causes the muscle cell to store more nitrogen than it re-leases so that a positive nitrogen balance is achieved. A positive ni-trogen balance is synonymous with muscle growth since the muscle cell, in this phase, assimilates (accumulates) a larger amount of pro-tein than usual. The same manufacturer, however, points out on the package insert that a positive nitrogen balance and the protein--building effect that accompany it will occur only if enough calories and proteins are supplied. One should know this since, otherwise, satisfying results with Deca cannot be obtained. The highly ana-bolic effect of Deca-Durabolin is linked to a moderately androgenic component, so that a good gain in muscle mass and strength is obtained. At the same time, most athletes notice considerable water retention which, no doubt, is not as distinct as that with injectable testosterones but which in high doses can also cause a smooth and watery appearance. Since Deca also stores more water in the connective tissues, it can temporarily case or even cure existing pain in joints. This is especially good for those athletes who complain about pain in the shoulder, elbow, and knee; they can often enjoy pain-free workouts during treatment with Deca-Durabolin. Athletes use Deca, depending on their needs, for muscle buildup and in preparation for a competition.

Deca is suitable, even above average, to develop muscle mass since it promotes the protein synthesis and simultaneously leads to water retention.

They are similar but I like deca for mass...alot better results...another feature of EQ to deca is that EQ increases red blood cells or oxygen to muscles

[i]...another feature of EQ to deca is that EQ increases red blood cells or oxygen to muscles [/B]

How big is EQ's impact on this? Would this be a real advantage to your cardio, or is this effect negliable?

I like them both. Eq is very weak and it seems to be a nice compliment to Deca. 400mg of each is a good way to go.

They're both really good... If you're really trying to bulk up I would say use deca but eq. gives you mad vascularity! In my experience w/it (two cycles w/eq before) it is harsh on the hairline but your veins just pop out like mad....

People say deca gives you more sides but I have found the opposite to be true for myself... I develop alot more acne and hairloss on eq than I do deca....

eq is test based...deca is norandalone. run 'em together 400/week respectively. add test

This post is confusing me. I was going try a test and deca or EQ stack for my next cycle and I had a hard time deciding. This post has only made it worse. :(

So I'll just have to flip a coin and choose one, and then do the other on the cycle after that, and see for myself.

Nevertheless, very good post this is. Shows that there is not really 'the best roid' but that it's really depends from person to person. I really like these personal based testemonials.

Not really that confusing. if you want lean hard quality small muscle gain...go for eq. if you want larger, bulkier muscle gain...run deca. i like deca for bulking, eq for cutting. but in a few cycles, i have run them together.

the easiest way to explain is like this. diet plays the role...most of the standards...test, deca, eq, fina can be used to cut or bulk. you need to decide what you are trying to accomplish before you start and then choose a diet that corresponds to your goal on the cycle.
