I apologize if m going about this wrong but I don't mean to as a question on youre thread

needed some help on posting a new thread how do I create a new page or thread like yours so I can ask questions and get some advice

hit the new thread button in the section where you want the post

ok what im asking is where on the main page do I go to start a new thread and then see the new thread button how do I get to that form the main page

click forum, then click the forum you want then hit new thread

I've trained at Temple Gym. It's really gross. Smells like piss and can't find any of the right weights. All the equipment is rusted. I get the whole hardnose gym thing. I used to train at one, but Temple is ridiculous. Dorian is a dick too. He propositioned my wife at Olympia once. She can't imagine anyone more disgusting.
