As I sit here and eat my bojangles fries, I ponder, wondering how many injuries came from this commercial
 
I stub my toe everytime I dismount from head stand push-ups

but I have a strength background, so the compound moves don't really scare me

my fear with Crossfit is always that absolute newbies to the gym think it is an acceptable beginner routine

also preggo lady is crazy

Is high weight and reps few.
