well I'm 2 and a half minutes into video and I have to say i like the routine! I love the first exercise with barbell standing up!

lol, I honest to GOD thought it was going to be some crazy rugby team coin a tweak dance on video, lol, cause I've seen some rugby teams do crazy shit before, like dancing in street and stripping naked and cray shit so yeah i thought they was going to twerk, I'm so disappointed as I wanted to see some shaking man glutes lol

Presser one of my buddies played rugby at Hampton Sydney and I went down for one of their parties and it was the craziest ive seen. They had girls going out for what they called rugby queens that weekend. Walked into one room with a keg in the middle and 3 girls buck naked going around from one guy to another. After the rugby game these fuckers would sing some song and if one messed up they had to pour beer down one of the guys asscrack into a boot and then chug it lol. Fuckers are crazy.

i feel cheated yet elated..liked the routine..might show my wife a few..
