What is your PWO Carb?

I was just curious what carbs you intake PWO, and how much.

I switch it up depending on what I have at the house. My favorite is cereal. It feels good to get that fast release simple carb uploaded into the body. I use to use cream of rice (dry). A former MR. Olympia used this for his PWO carb, so I thought it would be good idea. I got tired of chewing on those grains as it did not mix to well in the protein shake. haha.
 
i just use oak bran and a shake..but would love to sit down to a big bowl of porridge on leg day..just dont have that option...
 
Apple juice, strawberries, banana, and 2 cups of Greek yogurt mixed with 70g of whey. Delicious
