Intermittent Fasting??

I have heard of the concept in the past and just recently came across it again when someone who's physique I adore mentioned it. For those who do not know its basically eating your daily calorie intake during a specific window of the day, and choosing not to eat food during the rest. It just seems so counter productive for a bb diet. Has anyone had experience with this. supposedly it has "amazing fat burning potential." Seems like a load of crap to me.
 
I've never heard of that. It's kind of like the opposite of the old theory for the "Anything goes on Sunday" where you basically eat sensible all week then fucking gorge yourself on Sunday. Since your body is still in fat burning mode (supposedly) it just uses what it usually does then "deposits" the rest as waste. But no never heard of this....seems like it would just make your blood sugar levels plummet for the rest of the day and you'd feel like a useless pig. Albeit a stuffed pig.
