I Wanted To Know What a Syringe Filter Do You Use?
What's Best For Filtering Steroids?
I Figured The Best Thing Is PVDF?

How Much Mill Can Filter The Syringe Filter?

I Use PVDF 0.2um For 50ml / 5vials
To Filter 20vials I Filter All 5vial And Replace New Filter

I kind of have the same question for Buchner filter paper membranes.

I use whatman PVDF .45 and never had any issues, .45 is way easier to filter then .22 and I'm pretty sure they're good for 100ml before they need to be changed.

You know, I use a filter 0.22um out really fast, I'm just warming the solution and I do not take the glass from the pot until I finish, i filter directly into vial without needle . There is no pain and it's really clean

whatman .45 is what i used many years ago..but if u are going for sterile then a .22 i think will filter all the baddies out of it with out the need to heat..but a 45 is fine and yeah about 100ml but that depends on what ya doing....fina pellets might be less because of the gunk..
