Ugly green bean snack

16 ounce package frozen whole green beans, do not thaw 2 tablespoons oil, about Salt, to taste Line a large baking sheet with heavy foil. Cut open the bag of green beans and pour in the oil. Close the bag and shake to coat the beans completely. Pour out onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 275º for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the beans are very dark and crisp, but not burnt. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt. Chris said that they can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container, but I don't recommend that unless yours are completely crisp and you live in a dry climate.
