1 pound boneless chicken tenders 2 teaspoons McCormick Rotisserie Seasoning Put the chicken in a 9x13" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray or a sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle on both sides with the seasoning. Bake at 450º about 10 minutes or until the chicken is done to your liking (see my comments below). Makes 4 servings Can be frozen Per Serving: 128 Calories; 1g Fat; 26g Protein; trace Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; trace Net Carbs
