Cucumbers in sour cream

2 cucumbers, peeled, 14 ounces 1/4 cup sour cream 2 green onions, finely chopped Pinch dill weed, optional Very thinly slice the cucumbers and put them in a bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon salt; let stand 2 hours. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Mix in the remaining ingredients; chill well before serving.
