always pain, often infection | fault finding hb

Iam new here and hope to find interesting discussions.

my Problem:

Each batch ive make is painfull and often the injetcion point goes red and hot..so..it seems like it is an infection.

For sample.

GSO, EO 50/50
test e 250mg/ml
ba 2%
Bb 15%

ive tried all combinations.
with out bb,
3% ba,
GSO100
EO100
change raw powder manufacter
and so on..

Method:

Raw powder in glas container, this xontainer stay at magnetic "swirler" with heat function.
make temp. Arround 50- 70 Celsius.
add ba, bb.
waiting for dissolve powder and add oil.
swirling till no "swirls" and no powder to see.
meanwhile vials, robbers stops and container for nalgene filter ist sterilized in autoclav.
If all is dry, i filter the solution with nalgene pore size .22.
Now first problem, sometimes, it drops cloudy in the container. Then i filter it twice till it is clear.
what is happen?
I will go on.
Take a syring put in 10 ml solution and push it into a vial. And so on... close it qith crimp.
let the Temperature goes down slowly to room Temperature and then i put the vials in the ice box.. i think it is 8 celsius.
waiting 5-7 days and inj.

What should i change in my Methode?
Is it possible to put the vials after closed with crimp in the autoclav again? 60 min 121 celsius 1 bar

What kind of oil are you using? You need to heat the oil to around 110 degrees celsius for about 45 minutes. Then you sterilize it again through the proper filter. I just made some test e last night and got interrupted in the heating process and rushed and actually pinned right after I made it. It was fine for a few hours then the mother of all charlie horses decided to show up for dinner. Holy hot potatoes it smarts. I will probably just put the vials in the oven at around 250 F for like an hour. I don't know if I have the guts to pinn this again. Maybe I will mix it with my tender lovin eq. That might help....

the eo is your problem make without eo , i use castor oil for homebrew and its no pain at all

ok, ill try to heat the oil up..

yes castor oil only , you no need to homebrew test enanthate with eo oil , you can heat the castor oil to 210f , 30 minute its will bo ok

How long do the hot balls of fire last? Infections and swelling that is.....

Sorry i dont unterstand.
Do you mean the injection point?
We take medicin like diclofenac 3 times per day. After three days the infection is gone.

at the weekend i will try to use only castor oil.
To heat up the oil and
after closed with crimp to sterilized again in an autoclave.. hope that vial will not explode.
i'll keep you actual with posts. Thanks for your tips.
