MC IGF - great so far, hoping for more!

Well, about 2 weeks in on a long-awaited IGF-LR3 run. Using both sub-Q (abs) and IM (mainly chest right now, but have done arms and quads). Liking the results so far - looking leaner and more vascular, and some improved size (I know IGF isn't really fast, so I'm patient)

Hoping that it will help with some long-standing knee issues - was taking naproxen for fairly frequent joint pain, but just spent nearly 2 days in hospital identifying a gastric bleed that had actually dropped my RBC by about 50% - so looks like I'll be avoiding that for a while.

Any suggestions on use to get joints back up to manufacturer standards? ;)

good to hear your doing well and you will see much more benefits in the weeks to come bro. As for your joints, we do have a study i just posted in Articles section about igf and collagen and joints and all those benefits, I would say for immediate relief though, have you tried switching from naproxen to Ibuprofen? works wonders for me!

also I'm not sure what is wrong with your knees, but years ago i had injections of synvisc done, and it worked IMMEDIATLY! My doctor ordered the SynVisc ONE which was the new one shot version, but my insurance company only approved the multiple shot Synvisc but even after the first shot it felt like someone squirted oil into my knee, felt great!

So maybe thats something you wanna look into, I'm sure you can probably find it on the web now days like anything else lol, or ask ur Doctor Doctor lol

I had an article on a drug for horses & K9's joints... It was written by a doctor no bs it was legit. He used the drug on himself & swears it vastly improved his joints! I'll see if I can dig it up for ya!

I'm horrible at following up on posts, I know.

Let's see - there has been *some* improvement on the knee joints, but not having ready access to anti-inflammatories any more means that there have been a few times lately I've been in significant discomfort for days at a time...still working on having some OTC supplements help out on that front. I may look into the Adequan mentioned above.

On other fronts - I have slowly been putting some mass on for the first time in ages (With my life, it takes me ages to gain size...) while actually getting leaner. Can't complain on that front - training with Gauge24 and another guy his age (let's just say significantly younger than me), and when the nearly 43 year old is doing better on the abs front than the young guys, it's a good thing :p (Gauge24 - not to knock you, but it is true, for *now* - I'm sure you'll be getting better than me soon :) )

The infamous IGF pumps are nice - though I find I feel them more in some muscles than others. Nearly done my stock from my first purchase - expecting in another order any day now...here's to continued improvement!

I never said it was *old* :p Just *older* than the young bucks I'm training with :p We make an interesting group - they are both about 6'4", one at 198, the other at about 240 these days. I'm the short one at 6'1", currently holding at about 231....*slowly* trying to climb up to 250. When we went out to grab a bite to eat after one training session, the three of us were in line as a group, and I caught a guy behind us (about 5'7, *maybe* 140lbs) just looking up and back and forth at the human wall in front of him - most amusing :)

I donno Doc, I guess we'll see who does better in the abs departement when my cycle is all said and done :bber:

Doc injuries suck so far no improvement in my shoulders :( but if IGF1 doesn't improve it (& I hope it does) I'll have 2 find a way to see a doc LMAO. I'm seeing a steady pump very full all the time as u stated. No drastic fat loss but I am leaner w/o diet... Doc what does are u @?

Doc has been really busy.. He told me he's gonna review again soon... But It seems to be doing well for him.

Calling him Doc makes me think of Back 2 the future LMAO. If he has seen what I'm seeing I'm positive it'll be a great review. Presser wasn't lying this is beginning to transform my physique! No lie.

Doc? Doc?....That's *Doctor* to you, Guage :) Nearly collided with that damn Delorean in the Vortex, The Tardis nearly threw a hissy (she can be a tempermental machine). Humans really need to be careful with their time-travel experiments.....

On another front - yes, I'm here for a long-awaited update.

So far so great :) I have had a few people comment (whom I haven't seen in a month or so) that they see visible improvement in pecs (always a weak point) and lats (which even *I've* noticed...finally). I haven't been gaining much - as usual work insanity has been burning off calories quickly - on the other hand, my abs haven't been this good in ages :)

More vascularity has become apparent, and I've even started to see some slow improvement on my poor old joints.

Still think MC IGF-1 is great stuff - don't think I'll ever change my mind about that. Now, if only it came with a genie - I know at least *one* wish regarding muscular size I could make :p

I've had more than one person comment that there aren't too many near-43 year olds (3 more weeks) that look like I do - so I'm guessing that's a good thing....

As a side comment - might actually be able to put on a bit more mass soon, and my work situation will be changing. After 20 years and 5 days with my employer, I finally had enough of my boss' shit - and he's the President, so can't complain to *his* boss. When he started up on one of his little snit-fits yesterday morning, I basically told him if he thought he could do better, he was welcome to try - I was going home. I resigned, and now it's just a discussion as to whether I owe him some time to close off on files I am tied too (Have been a manager for many years) Even that we will see how it goes - he had the audacity to suggest that he could legally persue me if I didn't give notice and close the files, which apparently is not the case, legally. So, new job to come - hopefully one I can move a *little* less at, might finally be able to keep up with required calorie intake.

MC IGF is the shit! The gains and vascularity stay! I stopped MC igf and my cycle a few weeks ago and I am still as vascular as I was then!

How long did you run it for and at how many mg? Did you pin daily? And IM or SubQ or both? Pre or Post workout?

Pardon my plethora of questions.

I'm 40 and considering running IGF. I want to learn as much to get the most out of this with less sides.

Thanks in advance!

OK....this is a record for me - posts this close together....

Still going well - at the gym last night actually hit new maxes on some back exercises - lats actually seem to be responding well! Everything else - slow progress, still not huge weight gain, but that's normal for me, sadly. Already have a new job lined up - not only is it a much less physical position, so I can probably eat enough to make gains now without burning off all the calories at work, but apparently they even have a gym at the company! Haven't seen it yet, but if it's any good, I may actually get to squeeze in an occasional lunch-time workout or something so that I can add to my time-limited 2x a week training (actually 3x now, hitting the gym for Cardio with my younger son, whom we need to get to move more....at my gym, kids from 10-13 can go for free on weekends after 10 am if accompanied by a member. So, we are doing side-by-side cardio and some simple strength stuff)
