Hello,

I am 25 years old, been lifting on and off for about 5 years, most of it when I was in the military. I recently took a break from lifting do to work and school and having my gyno surgery last month that I had since I was a teen.

I ended up gaining more fat and losing more muscle then a wanted. I lost about an inch on arms and gained 2 inches on waist :evil: . This is my second day taking IGF , I have been taking 25 mcg sub q in my lower stomach pouch. I am 5'8 and weigh 165 lbs, my bench and deadlift has gone down but my squat is still strong . I'm hoping muscle memory will kick in and I gain my muscle I had back fast. I have been dieting for the last month and have seen good fat loss

results and some muscle gain. I was wondering if MC IGF will speed this up more , like my recovery and fat loss and muscle gain? Also, when do you really start to feel that your on IGF if you're
only doing it sub q in the stomach?

yes it will speed up recovery, and help you add lean quality slow gaining muscle unless your also on steroids, then it will help build muscle and burn fat much faster, but by itself it will do the trick slow and steady brutha!!!
 
I am now 1 week into IGF, My dose since day 3 has been around 40-50mcg . On my back and bi days I do 20-25mcg each bicep. Every other workout day I do one dose in stomach pouch. I am steadily maintaining my muscle while losing fat. I am still on my diet and introduced EC stack 2 days ago. I am starting to see the outline of my top abs and will update accordingly.

Week 3 update- Been doing 30-40 mcg everyday. workout out each bodypart twice a week and still on my diet , but stopped eca after week. It didn't feel like asking for Ephe every week. I have gained 1/4 inch on my arms since then but I lost about 1% bodyfat too. Saw a vein on my delt today which is a good for me that im leaning out. This is all with a small 300-500 calorie deficit.
 
WHAT!!! I saw 1/2 those results w/ gh peptides ugh Presser was right I wasted my $$ But I'm getting IGF1. Very good bro. More muscle less fat win win! Plus no need 4 a PCT like w/ AAS I think I'll love IGF1 BC I'm always looking for something outside of anabolics LMAO. Very good!

yeah those are nice gains and losses, doesn't sound like much to most people, but it is!
