Ok, so as I mentioned in another thread, I started clen 2 days ago. I'm starting a new diet tomorrow because I wanted to drop the dairy out of my diet while on clen. Here it is:

Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal
3 oz strawberries

Meal 2: 5 oz Chicken breast
4 oz yam

Snack: 250g cucumber

Post Workout: Shake w/ 50g banana

Meal 3: Spinach Salad w/ 2 oz Spinach, 30g cheese, 3 oz chicken, 1 tbsp light dressing, 1/4 c. chopped cucumber and tomato

Meal 4: 4 whites
2oz chicken
1 tbsp light parmesan

Snack: 1 can tuna

Cals: 1223.2
Pro: 151.4g (50%)
Fat: 25g (18%)
Carbs: 97.3g (32%)

What do ya'll think??

Your diet looks good. What's your cardio look like? I saw Jenny Worth yesterday at a bodybuilding show. She did a Q&A. She said she takes in between 900 and 1500 cals/day and stays away from dairy alltogether. She also does 3hrs of cardio 7 days a week, plus gymnastics!

That's insane! Right now I'm doing 30min+ of cardio 5days/week at 65-75% of my max heart rate. I have been reading up and been assured this is the best way to lose body fat without going catabolic. It seems to be working good so far, and I think now that I dropped the dairy and changed a few minor things in my meal plan I will be shedding bf quite quickly.
