I just got 10 bottles. Of course I have to share with Silk, but that should last a while and I should have money to get more before I run out. Goals are to get leaner and at least maintain size if not gain a little. Currently 238lbs. This is an out of bed shot before I went to the beach (no I didn't wear them to the beach, Presser wanted them back). Also doing 400mg of Test, 400mg of Deca, 400mg of Masteron. I'll be starting at 100mcg and hopefully up to 140mcg only preworkout so roughly 6 days a week. Diet is pretty clean and I'm doing 40minutes on the treadmill after I train every training day.


You know I'll get some pumped ones up ASAP
 
Lookin' Great Dude!! I've been using MC IGF consistently now for 6 months and I have to say that it just keeps on giving!! It's a staple for me now for sure....
Currently on 150mg Test Prop EOD, Proviron 100mg ED and 200mcg MC IGF ED. I LOVE MC IGF!!!

Nice work dude, do you have a show in mind or coming up? Or just wanna walk around jacked and have people stare at you and ask you a million question when all you wanna do is buy a few items at the grocery store, haha. You deffinetly get treated differently by joe public when you're out and about looking all jacked.

i just got my 15 bottles and I am n year three of using MC IGF, I run 200 mcg pre workout (6am) and 50mcgs before bed,
just started a mini cycle of 700 mg Test E, 900 mgs Deca, 150 mgs A-bombs, running that for five weeks then changing it up with different compounds.
keep us posted on progress picks dude, you're looking good.

I haven't made any official plans, but I do want to get very close to show condition. It all depends on what happens with work and our upcoming move. I will be competing again either later this year or early next year. My goal is to get as lean as possible while still being at top strength and no muscle loss. I've learned that I need to diet down slow or I become too restricted and lose a ton of muscle. If I could get to 230lbs without losing muscle Id be thrilled. Absolutely not possible for me without IGF though.
I also like this because my smallest shirts are 2xl. As I lean out, I look less obviously big. 250+lbs is just not appealing to me. I've gone from 254lbs to 238lbs with a slight increase in strength through my last IGF run and that wasn't that long.
 
I'm in 4 the journey. Damn, I swear I see a lot of ppl talk bout proviron & Masteron nowadays! Man a few yrs ago ppl talked bad on it. SMH too many don't understand cut n bulk... Good luck Dude!

Thanks guy. Being totally honest, I look 100 times better in person than in pics. I feel like I'm still leaning out and sticking with my diet and cardio, but weight was 239lbs today. The goal is 100% muscle retention maybe a slight gain and lose 10lbs of fat. I feel I'd have a solid place to give a good trainer a shot at a show with me. Hoping Nuk reads this as he is my #1 pic
 
Still at 240lbs. I've changed up my diet. Nothing but fibrous carbs for all my meals. I'm eating 10 -12 oz of chicken or lean beef 5 - 6 meals a day. I'm having my only carbs in my post workout shake. About 100g of carbs. My pumps are still really good and I'm super strong. I upped the cardio to 45 minutes 6-7 days a week. In about a month I feel like I'll be able to see some crazy fat loss. I'd like to be to 235 by then. We will see. I'll adjust carbs as needed for strength
