Workout question

Hey everyone....
This is just a general question. I'm looking to see everyone's workout schedule. How often? How long?
Thanks!

I go 4-5 days a week for an hour to and hour & 20mins or so. Sometimes Presser and I go twice a day. Weights and light cardio in the early session then during the next session I do cardio again for a longer duration. I train different body parts each day. They differ depending on how I'm feeling that day.

In a perfect week.....I lift 4 days and do cardio for 5-6 days.....if I can get 2 cardio sessions in....I do 1.5-2 hours.....if its only one 45min-1hour. I haven't had a perfect week for about a month or so....hmm....maybe thats why I am in a rut....tired 'cause I'm not working out like I got used to.....and too tired to work out...lol....thats a vicious circle there :D

Thanks so much for the responses!
See I have exercise-induced asthma (yea I know it sounds made up, but that is what my dr. called it). So I can only handle like 15-20 minutes of cardio at a time, at which point I begin wheezing, and gettting light headed and dizzy. I am trying to figure out how to fit in more cardio without passing out!!! Any ideas?!

If you can do 20 min at a time...thats what I would stick with, and try to do it 2 to 3 times a day. In the am, lunch break, and after work.....It doesn't all have to be done at the gym to be useful...walk at home, go bike riding, jogging, trampoline, jump rope...anything that gets your heart rate up.....I know it sounds like a pain in the ass, but it should work!

Thanks alot!
Thats what I have been trying to do....I'll start with 15 or 20 minutes on the bike or threadmill....Then move to a body part (legs, arms, back....etc) and then try going back to cardio at the end.
It's not like I have NO cardio in my schedule....I'm a dancer, so I have rehearsals and whatnot 3 days a week.

fitgirl... I have asthma, too. What kind of medication do you take? Nebulizer, inhaler, pills? Do you ever take over the counter ephedra? It's a broncodilator (so is Clen) and really seems to help me. I can even do the versaclimber for about 30 mins if I've taken a Stacker 2 or some straight ephedra pills.

Baby Cakes~
I have an inhaler (Proventil)...I usually take it about 15 minutes before I start my cardio....and then I only last like 20-25 minutes before I get short winded and light headed...IF I don't take the inhaler, I can only last like 10 minutes. Also I have never taken stacks of any kind...so the supplement world is all new to me! Any Advice would be great!
