I found this to be pretty funny initially, namely how the music and such makes it seem so dated. Still a pretty interesting video

Gosh he looks so small here! I remember as a kid I use to watch all kinds of training vids. Loved working out since childhood. ..or maybe I liked cause of the hot females.

yeah ESPN use to have morning fitness shows with jacked up juiced mother fuckers, and i was glued to that stuff, then it all just ended lol
