Thanks Austin IDK how to do that LMAO. bigdaddyo I do 4 sets bent over rows close grip, 4 sets bent over rows wide grip, 4 sets bent over rows underhand, 5 sets T-bar rows, 4 sets lat pulldowns behind head & 3 sets pull ups to failure.
