Protein Popsicles

Got this in an email, thought I'd share it...

Protein Pudding Pops

3 scoops vanilla or chocolate Whey Protein (was advertising GNC's brand but really any should suffice)
4 cups nonfat blueberry yogurt
½ cup skim milk

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into popsicle molds and place in your freezer overnight. Enjoy!

Makes eight 4 oz popsicles.

Nutrient Content (per serving): Calories: 90, Total Fat: 1g, Saturated Fat: 1g, Cholesterol: 17mg, Sodium : 97mg, Total Carbohydrates: 9g, Sugars: 7g, Fiber: 1g,
Protein: 11g


(Nutrient content is obviously contingent on the type of yogurt and whey used)

Super easy though! I'm gonna have to try this as I always wake up in the middle of the night and find myself in the fridge... These may come in handy.
 
let us know if you try it and if they are any good and with what type of protein so we know whats good tasting
