When to take igf pre workout

I don't now how to situate my carbs around a pre workout igf-1 cycle at about 100mcg per day ed..
Breakfast 54g carbs
meal 2 40g carbs
Meal 3 65g carbs
Meal 4 74g carbs
(1.5 hours after meal 4 hit gym)
Meal 5 post workout carb shake 100gs carbs
meal 6-0g carbs

how would u re arrange this if u wanted to take igf-1 pre workout instead of post workout. All carbs are
Complex carbs except post workout 100gs is fast burning. Do u take the igf with Preworkout meal or like half hour before workout?
 
yes about 45-60 minutes prior i take my igf, then i eat my carbs which are comprised of oatmeal, then i hit the gym!

lol, Apple Cinnamon oatmeal packs here! and I will add some cinnamon and sugar to it when i feel like a need the extra charge in the gym! i should buy stock in oatmeal packs as I've eaten truck loads of the stuff over the years! I like mine nice and super thick so it sticks to the spoon and clumps up, while my wife likes hers watery and soupy, but all in all, i just love oatmeal
 
Thick & a tsp or two of sugar. Apple cinnamon is great too. U use real fruits or the premade? I use steel cut oats w/ fresh blue berries! And I love anything w/ cinnamon.

Nah I buy the pre made packs, and for whatever reason the name brand Quaker oats, tastes like shit to me! I have to buy a specific store brand, its weird how so many different brands taste so different, my wife likes to make it from scratch, but i like the pre made packs, microwave some water, then pop 4-5 packs into the bowl and bam I'm ready for the gym
 
Quaker isn't great IMO either the blue berry pre's taste funny... My local store sells their own brand & I like it... I keep it on hand but I love the fresh best... I honestly use it as an alternative to junk food it's that good to me! LMAO Presser that's a LOT of fiber LMAO
