I don't now how to situate my carbs around a pre workout igf-1 cycle at about 100mcg per day ed..
Breakfast 54g carbs
meal 2 40g carbs
Meal 3 65g carbs
Meal 4 74g carbs
(1.5 hours after meal 4 hit gym)
Meal 5 post workout carb shake 100gs carbs
meal 6-0g carbs
how would u re arrange this if u wanted to take igf-1 pre workout instead of post workout. All carbs are
Complex carbs except post workout 100gs is fast burning. Do u take the igf with Preworkout meal or like half hour before workout?
