forearms training

I do reverse curls, hold a barbell behind my back and curl my wrist and sometimes take a dumbell, put my arm across a bench and do wrist curls.

I usually don't train them, but when I do occasionally, I do wrist curls and wrist extensions with a barbell on a flat bench.

Yeah, I think a lot of people use straps a little early. Don't use the straps until you just can't hold the weight anymore.

I have to use straps. I broke my right wrist 5 times and broke my left wrist 3 times. Now I have no grip in my hands. Without straps I could not lift a thing.

Here is a picture of some guy doing the farmers walk, I figure a picture was the best way to explain this. Pick the weight up and start walking until you drop them. The morning after the first day i did this exercise I felt like i got hit by a car, my whole body was in pain. (its no big deal if you dont have have fancy handles just use HEAVY dumbells
