I do not know all the technical stuff behind IGF, but here is what my coach has me doing during IGF cycles, 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and only on training days.

</br> 60-90 min prior to training 60grams of carbs - He suggested Karbolyn or the Hany Rambod stuff, I use Karbolyn
</br>
</br> Then I pin 25mcgrms (Each Side so 50mcgrms total) bi laterally in the muscles I am training first
</br>
</br> during training 120grams of carbs from karbolyn, with 2 scoops of Muscletech creatine and 1 scoop bcaas
</br>
</br> Then I get home and pin 25mcgrms (Each Side so 50mcgrms total) bi laterally in the muscles I trained last.
</br>
</br> right after training 60grams of carbs from Karbolyn
</br>
</br> Then 40grams from real food with my meat.
</br>
</br> I have done this cycle for 1 week, I have use FST 7 Training with it and the pumps last a couple days and I have fascia bruising everywhere from it. I look like I got my ass beat. But the muscles were only sore for a couple days.
