Help a Newbie? IGF right for me?

All,

I have been researching IGF, sermorelin, GHRP-6, HGH, etc. I am 31 and trying to get back in shape. I'm 6 foot and currently 279lbs @ 30% bf. I have always struggled with body comp. No matter how much cardio I do or how clean I eat I never get lean. I put on muscle mass quickly and easily, but losing fat is a losing battle. I am also now having a hard time with recovery from workouts.

Anyone have any advice on using MCs IGF for help with recovery time and also help with body comp? Any advice at all would be so appreciated. I am desperate at this point.

Welcome to MC. As for the igf , it's great for everything you mentioned. No real downside to IGF-1 in my opinion. We have loads of customer reviews in this peptide forum on just what your looking to get out if the igf , and I'm sure some others can chime in here with advice as well.

Thanks, Presser. I am 99% sure I'm going to try it. I considered going through a Dr. for HGH or sermorelin so I wouldn't screw this up, but the cost is insane. How complicated would igf be for a newbie? Do I need to mix or reconstitute anything? I've never done any real gear, so I need advice on the correct needle, dose, length of time to take, how much to buy, etc. I have done HCG injections in my stomach fat before (it was pretty easy), can the IGF be injected the same?

yes bro its ready to go as is. no need to reconstitute it with anything at all

IGF1 will definitively help lean u up.... u may put on mass too LMAO ECA if ur ok w/ stimulants will help burn fat as well. Mined posting ur basic diet cardio & training to give us an idea on ur conditing?

Gents,

Thank you for the responses and I apologize for just now getting back. I must admit I am incredibly impatient, so I took my fat ass to a crossfit gym 3x week for the last 5 weeks and like others (apparently most) I got hurt. My clavicle did not like the fact I tried to do the "WOD" of dips on gymnastic style rings. 280lbs? 2nd work out in over 2 years? ....Fractured clavicle! After 5 weeks of what I would consider insane workouts, I lost 4 pounds.

I'll be honest here, my diet has been god awful for the last 7 years, hence to 280lbs. I am a consultant so I have lived on the road the whole time (read: fast food/take out) For the last 5 weeks I have been eating only home cooked meals...chicken, steak once a week, veggies, fruit, peanut butter. Even with adding in crossfit I only lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks.

To compound all that, my metabolism has always sucked. About 8-9 years ago I did the basil metabolic testing (oxygen mask, run on a treadmill, etc). I was 23 at the time and the results were that of a 62 yr old. I got blood work that said my T3, T4 and TSH were "low, but in normal range". I had a good DR. at the time who had me try Armor Thyroid. Increased the doses every month until I maxed out and never got any result, except dropping my TSH to the floor. About that time I started to excel in my career, hit the road and never figured it out.

So now I am trying to just loose some fat. I am no bodybuilder and never will be. I can continue to improve diet and keep up some cardio, but as previously stated....it is a loosing battle. I just need help and was hoping everything I hear about HGH (and now IGF-1) would come true.

Any and all thoughts/recommendations are greatly appreciated!!!!

PS - When I say naturally strong/put on muscle fast....I started lifting to help my football performance when I was 14. I learned to do squats from an Olympic gold medalist...on the day he taught me the form, at 14 years old I did reps with 350lbs.

damn that of a 62 year old is not good, but the good news is, you can change! we all can! So get out there and kick some ass!!!
