General questions and infos before first use

Hello my friends.
New user around here. I ended up on the forum/store after my doctor recommended IGF-1 for me.

Let me tell my story and we go from there:

I have been on cycling for 3 years. Training 6 days a week, eat clean and supplementation.
About 2 weeks ago i did have a fall and ended up with a kneecap fracture wich will set my aside for 4 - 5 weeks.
My left leg has been kept in a brace to keep it stable.
I had already lost A LOT of muscle and mass on that leg and it should compromise all body.

My doc recommended IGF-1 to speed recovery but from what i read in here it can help much more. So let now post my doubts:

- The IGF-1-LR3 sold in here comes ready or do i need to mix?
- Lets say i want to use in the legs + Abs. Should i divide a total day dose between those parts or should i apply each part with the full daily dose? Could someone recommend the dose?
- Do i use insulin needle to apply?
- Have anyone applied it in the Knee Cap area, near the knee tendons? My doc says he would apply it in there.
- Using the IGF-1-LR3 will help me gain my legs muscle/strenght back faster when i return from rehab?
- Could i use it while my leg is immobilized and not training?

Well, basically im a newbie with a lot of doubts and i will be in the USA soon, so would be exact time to order.

Ok, First off let me say welcome there ia alot of information on herwe about Mc IGF.Yes it is premixed, on application I like A 30G insulin pen, I also rotate areas such as lagging body parts bi's ab's etc. Also guys do use it for injuries Knee cap dont think so maybe quad I have done that. Other guys may chime in but tendons don't think u wanna mess with those keep to muscles. I like to use it pct and while I am on helps gain lean muscle and retain gains after cycle .Dosing guys do any where from as little as 20 mcg a day to 200 mcg a day I prefer 80 to 100 ed. I would start lowr for first time giving it a go maybe 50 ed I like post wo alot of guys like it pre for the pump. Hope this helps
