Ok, so I have to admit I stand corrected! Just a short time ago it was my firm belief Kai Greene was the only bodybuilder possible of de-throwing Phil Heath. Then comes along Dennis Wolf smashing the competition with perfect scores at the 2014 Arnold Classic, Wolf is a beast and a serious threat to both Greene and Heath this upcoming Olympia. Keep in mind Wolf had to get past Shawn Rhoden to obtain until now, it was my belief Heath and Greene would stand alone battling for the top two spots for many Olympia’s to come… Enter Dennis Wolf.

After seeing a comparison photo of Wolf and Phil Heath hitting front lat spreads, and then Dennis winning the Arnold by utterly destroying the competition, it’s reasonable to believe he can in fact win the Olympia! He’s bigger than Phil, he presents an extremely grainy well conditioned physique and his v-teper is more pronounced then Kai Greenes. It’s his combination of size, conditioning and possessing the genetics for a dramatic v-teper that will give Dennis the ability to stand toe to toe with both Heath and Greene. I’m certainly not stating Dennis Wolf will in fact win the Olympia, I’m simply saying he has the potential to win and it’s not longer a two man race. Let me also say congratulations to Dennis for his impressive and decisive Arnold Classic win. I’d like to extend another congrats to a man who I consider to be one of the best contest promoters in the sport today… congrats to Tony Doherty for obtaining the “Arnold Classic Australia: from Arnold himself. You see Tony Doherty is one of the good guys. He’s genuine with both his passion for the sport of bodybuilding and the way he makes competitors feel at home shortly after arriving in Australia. I can remember being held up in customs moments after landing down under for the 2004 Australian Grand Prix. Agents kept me in the airport for hours wanting to know my purpose in Australia, where I was staying and how long I intended being on their continent? You see, people with a felony on their record can only enter Australia for work and for duration that matches work completion. I honestly thought for a moment competing wasn’t going to be an option with Australian Authorities sending me back to the U>S on the next available flight. I was heartbroken at the thought of not being able to step on stage. Then much to my relief Tony Doherty shows up at customs. Tony explained to customs agents I was in Australia to compete in his IFBB event and managed to have my access granted into the country. Happy isn’t strong enough a word to express how I felt, I was elated but most of all I was grateful. Tony Doherty probably never thought twice about what he did for me. To this day I’ve always appreciated his gesture and I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity I had to compete in his show. Tony Doherty is one of the good guys and the “Arnold Classic Australia” couldn’t be in more capable hands. Alright, so Muscle Tech has introduced a new hard gainer creative formula called “Cell Tech.” This stuff is so good, it’s so incredibly effective you can build 3.4 Lbs. of muscle in 7 days… or at least that’s what the Muscle Tech ad claims. LMFAO! (Laughing My Fucking Ass Off) Let me tell you how incredibly this claim is, it’s not. In fact it’s highly unlikely. In fact it’s farfetched! It’s improbable, it’s implausible. To put on 3.4 lbs. of muscle in seven days would be an unimaginable task to say the least. For all you up and coming novice bodybuilders out there, you were juiced to the hilt! The ad claims you can break thru your plateaus fast because of Cell Tech’s enhanced nutrient transport. It goes on to state subjects using the core ingredients in Cell Tech gained an incredible 3.4 lbs. of muscle in just seven days. Nope!! What happened were the subjects using this product simply filled out. Their existing muscle bellies filled with water, ATP and other nutrients transported into their muscle fiber… at best. And even if the fore mentioned was true, it would take more than seven days! That’s not to say the subjects didn’t build 3 ½ lbs. of muscle… in about 3 months!! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always maintained the position that Muscle Tech products are excellent and leader with cutting edge supplements in the bodybuilding community. That said, to build 3.4 lbs. of muscle in a week is simply not possible… Even with inordinate dosages of Androgenic Anabolic Steroids. For the record, creatine drives the production of ATP which significantly increases work-out volume. It forces water into the muscle fiber while the (ATP) adenosine triphosphate provides energy that fires the muscle contractions… it doesn’t build 3.4 lbs. of muscle in 7 days!

I saw the video of him winning AC and he looks amazing.. I really do think he has a chance this year in winning the Olympia but It's going to be very very tough.
