Hello guys I'm kind of new here been reading for the last 3 months and posted a couple of questions here and there. I had the intention of running a 12 week cycle that consisted of Test prop @ 100mg EOD, Tren Ace @ 100 mg EOD, Winstrol @ 100 mg EOD and 40mcg ED of MC IGF-1.
Did medicals and BF is way too high to mess with Tren and Winny in my personal opinion. Little background I had been a serious lifter since I was 20, I was an amateur Baseball player until my early 30's did a few cycles of test, deca and winstrol not necessarily combined. Did Test and Stanozol, Deca by itself etc
I stopped doing serious lifting for almost 10 years, started playing golf so needed to be more flexible so did Pilates and that kind of stuff !!
Came back to the gym a couple years ago for health reasons got on a good diet and workout regimen got to 14% BF and then decided to do a cycle again, since I have been out of the game for a while consulted with a friend of mine who owns a gym and I might say is the most well versed person I know regarding AAS and fitness. He helped me with the protocol I stated before, since I have never used Tren Ace I was a bit naive because I took his words as sacred and did as he told me, let me tell you guys that shit is not for beginners!! and to top it off I was on a ketogenic diet, that thing made me feel like crap on day 10.
I talked to him again and I changed my diet to a more high carb low fat model and things changed dramatically.
Tren Ace is a beast it literally changed my body in 10 weeks, of course combined with test prop and Stanozol but the sides are hard for me but I was willing to ride them out.
I kept working out after my cycle which I finished in June, did my PCT, ran my bloodwork this month and everything looks in place. But i suffer from asthma and I got a bad case of it the last 10 days of August, I got into treatment for 15 days but I'm having a hard time trying to keep with good workouts not because I can't lift the weights or my cardio is down I just don't get enough oxygen thru every repetition.
Sorry for all the info just so you guys can have a better understanding of what I'm up against, I hired a personal trainer for 3 months and paid in advance to get the most out of my cycle. I did that in the beginning of august, now I started last week but since I decided not to run all that gear and already am committed to this personal trainer what I decided was to do 9 to 10 weeks @ 100mg EOD of Test Prop and run 40mcg of MC IGF-1 ED, and on week 3 take it up to 50 or 60 mcg of MC IGF-1
I'm 42 years old, I weight 220 pounds and I'm at 17% BF. Not concerned too much about BF because with good diet and cardio I'll have those numbers down to 14 in one month for sure.
I'm visiting my doctor next week again with my asthma issue, he might ask me to stop working out. My question to you guys would be should I tough it out, ride the storm and see if I get through or should I be cautious.
