I am trying to find a good protein that I like and can tolerate. I have used several brands of whey powder protein but they are so heavy on my stomach and make me feel like shit. I have also tried Isopure zero carb glass drinks. I really like the Isopure but they are so expensive. I was wondering if y'all( yes I live in the South) have found any protein products that you really liked. I like the Isopure because it is zero carbs and is a little sweet. It helps to satisfy my sweet tooth a little. I want to try other products but have not found many in individual packs and I do not want to pay 30+ dollars on a lot of something I will not like.

i do optimum nutrition's whey too...except i do the vanilla. i think it tastes better than the chocolate, plus you can mix absolutely anything with it and it still tastes good. plus, its pretty cheap. i get mine online from dps.

I buy the isopure zero carbs protein drinks by the case(apple melon rocks). I am in it for the 40 grams of protein, so I got over the tart taste real fast. Sometimes my stomache can't take a protein shake or MRP so the isopure is a smoother form of protein for me. It helps if buy them by the case as they are almost 3 bucks a bottle. I buy eggswhites in a half gallon size container for 5 bucks then pour it in a plastic gallon so that the fridge does not smell. 4 min in the microwave, spoon on some salsa(guilt free salsa if you are counting calories) and you are set. I fit the protein into my food budget as my stomache gets upset(stress) and that is the only protein I can down. I hope this helps. Been there, done that I know how it is trying to eat right and find something you like plus I work graveyard and try to eat light instead of heading to fastfood.

Prolab Whey and Designer. I try and get the strawberry and then add a banana to it. Fantastic. If Shwartz ever breaks into the Canadian market I will give them a try.

hey...thats just my personal opinion.
Proteinfactory.com has really good powders and you can add whatever you like. You buy it by the pound and it is not very expensive. I always get the vanilla and add fruits or coco.
