View Full Version : Practical Questions Regarding Using MC IGF-1 lr3

I believe MC's IGF-1 comes already mixed. (let me know if that is wrong). From other posts I can figure out the dosing. I assume it needs to be refrigerated, Correct? Since it comes pre-mixed, what is the shelf life?

Now lets assume you leaving the house in the morning and not working out until the evening. Let's say you plan to inject pre work out. Do people bother to put a cold pack with prefilled syringes or insulin pen?

If using an insulin pen, with a month's doses, do you worry about keeping it cold?

I know these are fundamental questions. I appreciate the help.

It does not need to be kept refrigerated since it's diluted in an AA solution which makes it more stable. It's shelf life out of the fridge is almost 2 years from my understanding 5 in the refrigerator but that's usually not necessary. So as far as taking any precautions with taking it with you you don't have to. And when it comes dosing time pre workout I just pull 50mcg into two syringes and shoot bilateral into each muscle group. Hopefully I answered all questions if you have anymore let me know. Oh and make sure you have some sort of carbs on hand. I usually do about 70 - 80g in a shake 15-30 mins post injection. Since its "insulin like" it can still cause you to go hypoglycemic

My plan would be to inject 45min before and then wait about 15 min and have a Leanbody Shakel (290 cal with 21g of carbs) and 4 rice cakes (160 cal with 32g of carbs). I would be initially injecting a total of 50mcg. If you have a better suggestion, please let me know.

Nope sounds pretty good to me bud. I started at around 40mcg total for a week or so and once I got more confident bumped it up I noticed 50mcg is awesome to cruise around on then 80-100 really kicks it up but the stuff ain't cheap so 50mcg will definitely help keep it around for a while! Lol. And yes I always do it pre workout as well! It's the shizz bud!

That sounds very close to how I administer everything pre-workout brutha! I take my IGF-1 lr3 then i eat a shit load of Flavored oatmeal packs, I try to down at least 4 packs of Apple cinnamon, then i can literally feel my muscles filling out nicely on the way to the gym and workouts are AMAZING! DURING MY WORKOUT, I LIKE TO DRINK A 50/50 CARB/PROTIEN DRINK, SIP ON IT THROUGHOUT WORKOUT, AND THEN ALL PROTIEN POST WORKOUT!

This protocol is amazing and sounds like you have a solid plan in place

correct, and not just MC igf-1 lr3, but IGF-1 in general is most sensitive to light, that is what kills your igf faster then anything else!
