testing the water after 12 years

I wanted start this thread because after 10 years or so I am trying things again and reading so many threads from guys taking about taking this and that made me what to give my 2 cents! Those days I did 100mcg of igf on workout days, 10ius of gh in the AM on non workout days, 1000mg of test and 400mg of EQ and switched everything up closer to show time. Shit I just came across a post somebody was asking about how to use Cytomel for the 1st time! That was nuts because every answer was wrong! Tom Prince told me one day how he feels sorry for guys trying to get a pro card, taking loads of gear to get big. It wasn't until my trainer told me while getting ready for a NPC SHW class show. Less is more because when something isn't or is working its easy to find out why and fix it!

Guys trust me a good diet plan, test, MC IGF is all you need for great gains/ gains you will keep because its not h2o but new real muscle! Your meal plan is 80% of everything guys. Without that your wasting $ of everything else! I am only doing 500mg/week cyp, 50mcg igf pre workout and getting better gains then all the past cycles I did. Its not from the 500mg of test guys!

I am sure this post will open a ton of things and I am ok with that guys. Hell me Son's God Father who is a 212 pro keeps getting better sticking to the basics! I plan on updating this poston MC igf next week then week 4.

Well back in the old days- that was the regimen-- more is better.
I believe we are much more educated now , even us old timers.
I will tell you that IGF is indeed a great thing and I have been successful with it.

100% agree bro!

Good info for a lot of newbies! Thnx for sharing your thoughts and experience brutha

1st off I started this thread last week on 10/4 but started my program 2 weeks before and only taking igf post workout 4 days per week. I am happy with the progress so I am switching from 500mg of test/week to 250mg every 5 days and keeping the 50mcg post workout only. After a few more weeks if I am still making changes and can see it in a mirror, I plan to cut the test to 250mg once a week and up the igf to 75mcg post workout only.

If

Once cutting test to 250/week I will give it 2 weeks! (truth be told I see myself going back to 500mg/week).

I have been waiting these past few weeks to notice something and over the past 3-4 days Its happening. Call me nuts but this is how I can judge things are working or not! I can get up at 6am looking leaner but flat...but its when I start going to bed looking lean as I did at 6am but super full I know everything is on point!

Know what the fun part of looking flat and lean in the bathroom mirror at 6am is bro? Eating 2tbs of all natural peanut butter and looking again in 10 min! lol

it is amazing when you know ur body like that, i carb cycle daily, so i know exactly what your talking about! I look like two separate people from morning, and then night! I don't eat carbs until right before the gym ervery every, and i can literally watch and see my muscles fill up and veins start popping before even leaving for the gym! So yeah its pretty cool! And i would suggest to anyone who hasn't tried it, to try carb cycling daily! It took me years to figure out what works best for me and i now have it down to a science!

Isn't it great once you know how long your body can go before it needs calories to jump start it self again? I don't so much follow a carb cycling plan just over the years learned how to time carb meals on workout and non workout days and my body still needs a high simple carb day every 6 days to keep things moving. I can even take my temp 1st thing on a re-feed day and again after I am done and judge how it working based on how much my body temp goes up.

lol, yeah i never went to that extreme in taking my temp to see how revved up i was, plus i run hot around the clock, which i hate
