Breakfast question

I tried to post this once, but I don't think it went so I am posting it again.
What is good for breakfast when you are short on time and are trying to cut out the carbs????
 
Can't think of anything other than that. Unless you want to chow down on some meat first thing in the morning. Personally, I'd go with the egg whites.
 
I usually cook eggs but I have also eaten meat(deli). I like to mix it up a little if you know what I mean. Just get some turkey or chicken sliced at you local market and there you have it. Just open the fridge and get a few slices. Doesn't get much faster than that.:D
 
you could also slam down a shake. the one i use now only has 4 carbs per serving (i don't know if that's too much for you)...you could mix it up with some crystal light for a little flavor and no additional carbs.
 
Eggwhites! Takes 4-5 minutes in the microwave and you can spoon on some salsa(guilt free if you are counting calories) and it tastes great.
 
BTW. I get mine from a supp store that sells them in 1/2 gallon sized milk cartons for 5 bucks. When they thaw(put them in the fridge), I pour the whites from the carton into an empty 1 gallon plastic water container so that the fridge doesn't get smelly.
