After almost 4 months of not being able to workout/cycle due to, well life haha. I thought I'd post up a thread with progress and of course constructive criticism from my brothers here on the board. As for peptides, this is what will be ran and of course from our fellow board sponsors! Thanks guys and any input is greatly appreciated.

HEXARELIN: 100mcg before bed

CJC-1295 wDAC: 400mcg e3d combined with HEXARELIN before bed.

PGE1: pre-wo 15mcg bilaterally

MGF: pre-wo 200/300 mcg

IGF: 100mcg post-wo 2 hours later

Forgot to mention stats, currently 196lbs and I'd say 18% bf. Before this I was around 205 and 6%. So you can say it was a rough 4 months haha. I will post up pics as well

Here are pics of before things went downhill. I'm shooting to get up to 210-215lbs and leaner than this. Also I want to give a huge shout out to Presser for all his help and guidance! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1413073721.871908.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1413073743.688692.jpg

No AAS?? Prior to my circumstances I would never believe that you could lose so much so quickly. I went from this

To this

In 5 months. I think you should be able to get there quickly, but you'll need to have your diet down and do a good bit of cardio.
What's your diet look like?
I can't train like I used to so "bulking" isn't in the cards, but I think you learn and your training evolves after each hurdle. I look substantially more impressive now than I ever have before. I've been training less than 8 months since my multi level cervical fusion. I'm about 228lbs at 7%

Yea, there's definitely a stack in the mix just figured I'd post the peptides in this thread. Was going to do my favorite test/Tren/mast stack. I'm debating on throwing in adrol ed at 50mg ed for the first month to get a jump start. Diet is getting dialed in and always stick to the usual. Everything is plain and 6-7 meals daily.
Breakfast: eggs and oatmeal w/shake
Snack: shake
Lunch: chicken, brown rice, asparagus
Snack: chicken, quinoa, broccoli
Dinner: fish or steak, salad, rice
Workout followed by pwo shake

Damn brother I hear you on that and have also definitely changed up my own training style. You got back up there quick though and looking solid!! What major changes did you make in your training?

Looks like I'm gonna go back to my old fave stack of test/Tren/mast and was debating on throwing in some adrol to kick start it but might do var instead. Or var towards the end. Cleaned up diet and looks like Monday is when the games begin. Fasted cardio and light workout in the morning. Then in the evening will be my main workout, switching things up to a higher rep range for the pump and more hypertrophy rather than strength since Asthetics is the goal for now

i like those sneakers to lol! sorry I'm a weirdo, lol, but they look comfortable as hell for training!

Can't go wrong with a pair of Adidas classics. No arch to prevent natural pronation and supination during lifts!
