Any one near Gorgia ever done a sparten race before
Was going to try my first one at the age of 43 dont know if the bod can handle it?

My wife has been trying to get me to do some of the race's that she does, but I do to much tren to even think about that craziness..5 minutes of sprints on a tread mill and I'm dying..lol

I do tough mudder race, it' like spartan race. I ran 17km , if you can run 5km and you are able to do many chin-ups/pull-ups you can do it easy.

my wife does all those mud runs but not the sparten. i did one a local one that was about as difficult as the sparten with no problem. i posted an article of a double amputee that competes in them so if you are decent athlete im sure you could do it

Ya takes some dedacation to commit to 1.
I play in a mens soccer league and that winds. Me jumping and climbing on shit besides a women dont know if the old
body can take it.
Some off the chicks are sexy thow.

You look good brutha im 32 and didnt really train much for mine just did about a month of more cardio. Yes the females are hott thats why i go and to support my wife but honestly most of those women are looking to get fucked and they like bodybuilders
