Mr. Olympia 2014 Mens Physique Competitor Arya Saffaie's Diet for Competing Natural

I don't know if I personally can ever get into this Mens Physique stuff , lmao, maybe I'm just too old school, I don't know, lol. That shirt he is wearing is killing me with the little fairy foot out to the side. lol.

Sorry man, i know mens bikini division is taking off big time, but for me, i just don't get it!

To truly evaluate his potential I would need to see him throw a beach ball to the crowd. Wrist extension is crucial. Then I would need to see his sassy prance. Sparkle fingers bitches!

I don't really have a problem with the class so much as I have a problem with the douchebags attitudes that are participating in it. Hey yo broskie, can I get two Heinekens over heeeya?

Mr. Olympia 2014 Mens Physique Competitor Arya Saffaie's Diet for Competing N...

I don't think it should be at a bodybuilding show. Just my opinion. I don't care for the bikini division, but at least I understand that. Men's physique though?? I go to bodybuilding shows to see huge freaks of nature that have transformed their bodies in the most amazing ways. I certainly don't pay all that money to see guys who look good in board shorts. I could just go to a beach bar on the weekend for that. But who am I to judge. I know there's a lot of people who don't understand why a girl would want muscle so... Lol

I understand all the opinions about mens physique. A lot of people feel that they don't deserve to have a Mr. Olympia category. I'm a bodybuilder myself and been doing it for 15 years. But the competitor in the video works hard and so any time anyone works hard, I respect hard work. Because there are a lot of bodybuilders who don't work that hard and just take a bunch of drugs and look like crap on stage and I have never respected that.

Come on man... don't work hard and take a bunch of drugs and look like crap on stage?? The fact is that bodybuilding requires more effort and more sacrifice that physique... this is at EVERY level... the fact is that I would have no hesitation comparing what I have endured and accomplished to step on a stage to every Olympia figure guy at any point. I have more muscle, I am leaner, I am more balanced, I did more cardio, I dieted harder, I trained heavier and I made more sacrifice..
I haven't even won a national level show
It's a class. I can't change that, but the fact is that they are smaller, fatter, and substantially easier "physique's" to attain. They bring these guys out in board shorts and have them throwing beach balls to the crowd... their legs are covered up man!! That's one way to deal with difficulty attaining seperation in the quads and obviously striated glutes are no longer a worry. Stop trying to sell men's bikini on a bodybuilding site. There is no bodybuilder on earth who would say physique guys work harder than bodybuilders. Are you going to tell us bikini competitors train harder than physique or figure competitors next??

As if my statement requires any validation I am 5'8 and 240lbs. I am a NOBODY and if I take a dyazide tonight like EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE GUYS DO, not only will I be carrying 70lbs or more muscle, but I am every bit as lean as those guys when they step on stage. And I am totally off season with no contest aspirations.

Ahh I see the thoughts of roid rage brewing In the guests keyboards! Really though tell us how you feel Dude! Lol
I gotta agree on just about every point. Only thing is I think That in reality those physiques are not attainable just makes more stupid kids thinking they can step on a stage because they have a mini washboard and skip legs. I mean some of these guys have like 28 29 inch waists. Which really is only genetic and not hard work and I'm pretty sure if they dead lifted more than a crossfit 225 looking like 405 the waist might be a tad wider.
Maybe it's all the beach ball holding and extra medium tank tops that holds em in...

There is no anger, just fact. Call physique what it is and don't be ridiculous and compare it to bodybuilding. I'm just a loud mouth bozo on the Internet. I work a 40 hour a week job and have a wife and am still recovering from a 3 level cervical fusion. Those things aside I walk around in the offseason in a condition that smokes the Mr Olympia Figure guy. I'm bigger, rounder muscle bellies, I'm leaner and I've got better legs... and I'm a NOBODY.
I like aquariums and fish, but you aren't going to hear me extolling the virtues of aquariums on a dog lover's website

dude, curtis didn't say ALL bodybuilders don't work hard and just take drugs, lmao, he said their are a lot, and truth be told theres way too many guys calling themselves bodybuilders who don't work hard, take drugs and look like dog shit, so i have to agree with that, now when it comes to competitive bodybuilding, i don't think that statement curtis made holds true, their are NOT a lot of bodybuilders who compete that loo like shit and just take drugs, most guys who compete in bodybuilding work their asses off, but guys who don't compete that call themselves bodybuilders, sure theirs loads of gym rats that look like ass , juiced up and awful physiques!

So i thought it was a fair statement personally! As for the Mens Bikini competitors, more and more of them are now jumping on the juice since that division has taken off so fast, and since their are so many competitors now, i am seeing loads of those guys juicing now, lmao. Kind of comical actually!

Well I did throw in there the caveat that I'm just a loud mouth Internet Bozo LOL... This is just one of those topics that really brings out my impetuous outspoken side... There are a couple of them... and despite my honest attempts to get them under control they really set me off.

I don' get it either and I am old school.
It is a class within a show- it is really not bodybuilding, just like women's fitness is really not bodybuilding.
BTW- that pose on the shirt is a mandatory pose for physique.
I helped a guy at my gym get ready for a show, so I had to learn about it.

you guys really wanna hear something funny, I was seriously considering adding a Mens Physique forum here at MuscleChemistry just a bout a month or so ago, lol,

But my better judgement said it goes against everything I've built here for 15 years, but it may happen one day
