Q Hi, first let me give you some stats. I am 46 yrs old 6-1 and 210 lbs 12% bf and this will be my 4th cycle. Please tell me if this is a bad plan or where you would make changes. Test E 400 wk 1-14primo 700 wk 1-14anvar 30mg/ed 9-14arimidex weekly if or as neededhcg 500 wk 6-14 pct hcg 2000 wk 14-16pct arimidex 14-16nova and clomid 16-20Thanks for your time and help!!
A. Looks like a good plan. If you are cutting, you may find that you can get a little harder toward the end by reducing the test a little. Also, I would be sure to use your adex though the whole cycle around .5mg EOD to help control estrogen and thus help with fat loss. Anavar dosing is too long. 14 wks is too long, even at the low dsoe. I would do it for either the first or last 8 wks at 50mg ED
