help tweak my diet

Well, I'm mid-cycle now and I think it's time to use these last 4 weeks to shed some fat.

I will go on a CKD for the 1000nd time in my life. I have never done this on gear however and so I was wondering if I can eat some more cal's and if I need more protein. I will also try and make it more of a TKD at workout days.

I'm currently at 210 lbs with 15% bf

Here's the general plan:
2200 kcal/day
250g protein (=100kcal) a day and the rest comes from fat

on workout days I will stay with 2200 cals but take some of them away from the fat and use 50grams of carbs before and after the workout equaling 400 kcals of carbs.

I'll have one carb-up day a week.

was this a bulking cycle? how many weeks total? are you happy with the gains from it? I normally don't recommend mixing a cutting/bulking strategy in the same 8-12 week cycle. As far as the diet goes, the ckd strategy definitely works. Although I'd personally alter that to take in at least 300g of protein to protect what muscle gains you've made.
 
No this was not intended to be a bulking cycle, but I agve up dieting since I was doing that even before the cycle and I was getting totally dehydrated and nothing helped aganst it. So I started eating carbs again to refil my muscles and cramps subsided in a day. Because of eating carbs I got real cravings and decided to just lay back and eat.

I am quite happy though to answer your question. Although I don't know the exact amount, muscle gain is very noticeable. And although I'm at 15 % I don't really look fat.
