What is the most Appropriate HGH Dose for Women?

It has been observed that women require higher doses of the growth hormone than men. In a study published in the Clinical Endocrinology journal in 2006 by Brooke AM et al., the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) was observed on the dosage requirement of the growth hormone in hypo-pituitary women patients. It was concluded that, DHEA will reduce the requirement of GH dosage by 14 %, and also simultaneously maintain the serum IGF-1 levels adequately. The treatment was given for six months with GH and followed by six months of DHEA administration. After the DHEA administration was stopped, in the next 2 months, the IGF-1 levels in serum reduced again.

HGH promises numerous health benefits. It supports optimum weight loss, reduction of truncal obesity, improved energy levels, better immunity and improved sexual vitality in women. Many women who used the hormone noticed improved moods, mental stability and enhanced quality of life. HGH reduces menstrual troubles and post-menopausal complications. It is also found to increase fertility in women and in some cases enhances ovulation.

These results can be experienced by administering six to nine IU of the hormone per week. Women are recommended to start with a GH dosage of 1 IU/day, and gradually, elevate it to 2 IU/day, carefully monitoring the side effects. Some women can tolerate 4 IU/day without any problem. It is always prudent to administer the low initial dosage and look out for any side effects, and then slowly and eventually increase the dose. This is convenient, and makes it safe to use the growth hormone therapy efficiently in women.

A study was conducted to analyze the effects of administering the synthetic form of GH in women, with a dosage of about 0.02 to 0.03 mg/kg of body weight /week. The results showed that ovulation was stimulated and fertility improved, even in women who failed to show results with in-vitro techniques. Along side, women observed a reduction in weight, improved body contour, increased energy levels, increased libido and an overall improvement in health. However, since, the dosage was increased, many dangerous side effects were observed. The women were administered a dosage of 2 IU per day for 5 days in a week, for about 3 months. This dose was divided by administering, once at every 12 hours in a day. The therapy was continued for 6 months and the results were remarkable and consistent.

i know i copied this hgh study into this forum, but i find it odd that none of observed ""dangerous"" side effects were mentioned lol,

In any case, i think most women would take the growth hormone just for the prevention or shortening of their menstrual cycles lmao
