That is correct fellas you will get PIP from prop at any dose. It is a natural irritant from the ester. You can make it at 200, I do but its a little picky at 200mgs, I usually do it a little over 100, thats good dose which comes out to about 87% ester being absorbed. So if you brew it then add an additional 20% to get your full 100mgs.
You can make it wit EO/GSO and guac. It will have PIP but can be lessened using 0.9% -1.2% or less BA and if you use BB keep it about 15% or less per volume.
