hey i was wondering when coming off t3, how much kelp should you use and for how long? i was looking around for it and it comes in mcg's. thanks for any help
I have been poking around looking for some info on kelp, and I have not really found very much as far as amounts go. I am just going to follow the recommeneded amount on the bottle, till it runs out.....lol, which is usually a month.
