I saw the drugs Inc episode and he at least has a "clean room" but still not very sterile. I saw this in Hong Kong, there are BUPS everywhere. (Backdoor Unregulated Pharmaceutical Shops) I have seen them filling capsules, making injectables and loading HGH powder then capping them in a shop in an alley. Its crazy when you see it in real life. I saw the episode where a guy was selling fake drugs and made 12k in 4 days doing it. Granted they wanted to kill him but still you see where the risk is.
