Background- 5'10", 185#, 13-14%BF.

I have to say I'm not into bodybuilding or competitions, but I am really trying to get strong without losing body composition. Lately I've hit a really hard plateau in my workouts that I'm finding harder and harder to get over. I finally bit the bullet so to speak. I have never A) been on gear, or B) pinned anything... until today. I have to say the nerves get high doing this for the first time! I definitely had a rush afterward though.

So with that said, I'm going to try IGF1-LR3 from MC alone and without any additional items as a sort of trial. I went 20mcg today, and will prob increase to 30mcg after a week of seeing how it goes. I'd like to be cautious, hence this way. I plan to run it and re-evaluate ater 12 weeks.

My goals for this are to increase absolute strength ideally, and a bonus would be to shed a bit of fat into the 11-12% range, although I'm not sure my diet would dictate that. I really hope this works. I'm just going subcutaneous right now because frankly, I'm a big pussy and I am not confident with intramuscular injection techniques at this point. I understand I'm losing some potency, but it's something I'm accepting at this stage.

Any advice is appreciated. I can't wait to work out tonight...

just good luck bro, sounds like you have a plan drawn out and i see nothing at all wrong with starting off with low doses, and working ur way up. As long as you dedicate yourself to diet and working out then the igf will work its magic, I can honestly guarantee you that

My diet and routine I feel are bang on right now. Might need to increase uptake just a bit, but I'm about as clean eating as anyone I know...

It is my first time pinning IGF-1 LR3 and I am in my first week. I have done 4 test cycles with whinny before, so I am not a complete newbie. I too was also extremely nervous and started off with 40 mcg a day. I am going to up it to 50 mcg next week. So far I really like it.... It gives me a nice pump and the best thing seems to hep get through the last set easier. After the first week i feel a lot firmer and seems like the pump stays with me longer. Now I am not sure if its 100% the IGF-1 LR3 or my wishful thinking but I definitely can tell a difference. I got some for a couple of buddies at the same time and they love it, so that leads me to believe it's not my "wishful thinking". These guys are great in here so definitely ask questions..... They will shoot you straight and pretty respectful about it. Good luck and hope everything works out.

It's only 2 days, but I def feel like I've held onto that postworkout pump for a lot longer. Also feel like I had a little extra push last night on some heavy squats. Not sure if it's placebo or IGF, but I don't care. missed 3-repping my max last night by prob 1/4". Such a high stall it was ridiculous. Felt awesome though. Does everyone still take it on rest days, or no? Just not sure on protocol. I've definitely noticed I'm more sensitive to an empty stomach now though, which is expected. Just need to keep food with me at all times to avoid the 'brain haze'. I'm predisposed to hypo though, so I'm not surprised at all to experience this.

lol, Thats not placebo brutha, thats the exact first thing everyone always says, they not only get pumped better but they stay full and semi pumped all day long after the workout is over, and you should notice your recovery from workouts is faster. Also yes you can go hypo on the igf-1 lr3 so be sure to keep something sweet handy.

I am a proponent of daily use even if your not working out!!!

So far so good as your post review sounds like 99% of all first time users experiences here, so your on the right track daddio!
